Founder

Born in Istanbul , M.Hamdi Yazır has been educated respectively at İlhami Ahmet Örnekal Primary School, Saint-Joseph French High School, Boğaziçi University, and received his graduation diploma from İstanbul University Faculty of Economics / International Relations Department.

Hamdi Yazır, who started to work during his student years, after serving in the family company for a while, continued his professional business career respectively in;

• Clariant Turkey SA
• Global Colors Int. Group / Senkroma SA
• Lidars Group / Maskom & Siba SA
• Bayegan / BGN International Petrochemicals Group

M. Hamdi Yazır, who has worked long years in Senior Management positions such as Factory General Manager, General Manager, Country Manager, Petrochemical Director, Project Development Director, is also one of the founders of Global Colors Group / Senkroma SA – Turkey.

During his professional career , he has realized many important projects with his team as a manager, such as;

• Developing and implementing new strategic investment projects in Turkey and abroad,
• Financial and operational restructuring of commercial and industrial enterprises,
• Various business development projects ,
• Clariant TR – Hoescht TR merger,
• Acquisition of companies and formation of various partnership structures – joint ventures

M. Hamdi Yazır, who is fluent in English and French, founded “TEAM CONSULTING LLC.” in 2023 and continues his career as consultant on a global scale together with his individual and corporate solution partners. In addition, he is a member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Congress Committee of PAGEV (Turkish Plastics Foundation).
