“Executive Committee Membership” service is provided individually by the founder
M. Hamdi Yazır.
Within the framework of Executive Committee Membership, which is the executive
management organization of the companies, basically ;
All functions and operations such as Production, Laboratory, Warehouse and Stock
Management, Accounting, Finance, IT (ERP applications), HR, Purchasing, Sales & Marketing;

• Are controlled and audited within the scope of the targets set by the Board of Directors and
  the annual budget – performance criteria,
• By determining the failing points and the problems that are faced, the necessary methods
  are recommended to the unit managers in order to make the correct implementation, and
  the correct implementation of these methods are followed up,
• The status of restructuring projects, if any, is assessed,
• The compliance of all functions and operations with strategic growth plans is assessed.
